Rondo ("we", "us", "our") operates the Rondo web platform — a social clubhouse for football fans. This policy applies to the Rondo website and any account you create with us.

• Account information you provide when signing up, such as your email address, display name and, if you use social sign-in, the basic profile details that provider shares with us.
• Profile and preferences including your selected clubs, avatar and onboarding choices.
• Content you create such as forum posts, feed posts, comments, votes, reposts and uploaded media.
• Usage and device data such as pages visited, approximate interactions, browser type and — where you have consented — first-party analytics cookies.

• To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
• To provide core features: forums, feeds, news, calendars and matchday.
• To personalise your clubhouse experience and remember your clubs.
• To moderate content, enforce our Terms and keep the community safe.
• With consent, to measure and improve how the platform is used.

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site and keep you signed in. With your consent we also set first-party analytics cookies — an anonymous visitor identifier and a page-view counter — to understand how the clubhouse is used. Account data and content are stored using our managed cloud backend with access controls and encryption in transit. We apply data retention routines that automatically remove certain temporary and cached data over time. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform (such as hosting, authentication and content delivery), and where required by law. News content and thumbnails may be fetched from third-party publishers.

Rondo is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
