Terms of Service

Rondo is operated from Sweden by the Rondo team, reachable at rondo.club@outlook.com. In these Terms, "Rondo", "we" and "us" mean that operator; "you" means the person using the service.

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country, to create a Rondo account. We do not knowingly allow accounts below that age and we close them when we find them.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You may follow a limited number of clubs, subject to platform rules such as swap cooldowns.

Our Community Guidelines form part of these Terms and describe in plain language what is not allowed. In summary, you agree not to:

• Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual, deceptive or infringing content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Upload malware or content you do not have the right to share.
• Manipulate market value, streaks, votes or any other scoring mechanic through automation or coordinated abuse.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or for abusive members. Breaking the Guidelines can cost you the content, a suspension of your account for a set number of days, or permanent termination — see "Moderation and enforcement" below.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Rondo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the rights to share it.

If you delete your account, your posts and comments are anonymised by default — the content stays so conversations remain readable, and your identity is severed from it — unless you choose the option to delete them outright. Your profile picture and banner are always deleted. The Privacy Policy sets this out in full.

Every post, comment and message is screened against a prohibited-terms filter before it is published; matches on hate or slur terms are refused outright and borderline matches are queued for human review. You can also report any post, comment, message or member from the app's own menus, and you can block a member so that the two of you become mutually invisible.

Reports reach a moderation queue that is reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. The outcome is one of: the report is dismissed, the content is removed, or the author's account is suspended for a set period. We may also terminate accounts outright for severe or repeated breaches.

Rondo's market value, contracts, tiers and trophies are a game layer. They carry no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for anything, and we may adjust the formulas, reverse awards obtained through abuse, or reset them entirely. Values decay during long inactivity, as described in the app.

Rondo aggregates news headlines, links, images and match data from third-party publishers and providers. That content belongs to its respective owners, may be summarised or translated for readability, and we are not responsible for its accuracy or availability.

Club names, crests and player names are the property of the clubs and rights holders concerned. Rondo is a fan platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any club, league or governing body.

The following applies when you obtain Rondo through the Apple App Store, and it prevails over anything inconsistent elsewhere in these Terms:

• This licence is granted to you by Rondo and not by Apple. It is a non-transferable licence to use Rondo on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms of Service.
• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services for Rondo.
• In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to any warranty are our responsibility.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
• In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, and not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Rondo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content — including news, fixtures, line-ups and statistics supplied by third parties — will always be accurate or available. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rondo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them, and we revise the "Last updated" date above whenever we do.
